Tyres regulation: competition rain tires authorised
Following the race at Magny-Cours which took place largely in the rain, we spoke with several competitors and drivers involved and took the decision to authorize competition rain tires in wet track conditions during our races and in particular at the 2 Tours d’Horloge.
Slicks tyres and re-cut slick tyres are still forbidden.
We remind you that we ask each competitor to submit the type of tyres used for validation, before September 30, 2021.
SODIPNEU Racing will be on the paddock during the 2 Tours d’Horloge for tyres fitting. Tyres could be ordered imperatively before August, 30th.

Tyres regulation:
4.2.2. Tyres
Slicks tyres and re-cut slick tyres are forbidden. It is forbidden to re-cut all types of tyres.
Authorised tyres: Historic Tread pattern tyres – Road tyres – Track days tyres – Competition rain tyres
All Weather tyres: Only those manufactured and moulded by the tyres manufacturer, and without any modification.
